Trap Target Shooting

  

We shoot trap every Thursday starting at 6:30 p.m., weather permitting. 12 or 20-gauge shotguns are permitted.

 

Cost is $5 per round. Participants must bring their own shells; skeet/target loads are preferred.

Trap shooting is a popular clay target shooting sport in which participants use shotguns to shoot clay discs, known as "clay pigeons," that are launched away from the shooter at varying angles and speeds. It is one of the oldest forms of competitive clay shooting, offering both recreational enjoyment and high-level competition.
